Nick B&W

Nick Luscombe is a London-based radio broadcaster and producer, DJ and music playlist/event curator.

Nick presents BBC Radio 3’s Late Junction programme as well as the weekly syndicated Flomotion show for Resonance FM in the UK and for British Airways in-flight radio.

Nick’s broadcast career has also included presenting and producing shows for BBC 6Music, BBC Radio 2, BBC World Service, XFM and NME Radio.

He has worked as chief music editor at iTunes and Google Play, held the position of Director of Music at London’s Institute of Contemporary Arts (ICA) and has lengthy experience in the curation of playlists for events, retail spaces, lobbies and restaurants for numerous clients including Pizza Express, the iTunes Festival and Coutts.

Nick’s popular Flomotion Live music nights have taken place at a variety of well-known venues across London including  The Southbank Centre, The Royal Opera House, Big Chill House and Cargo. 

He is the founder of Musicity, an international digital and live event platform that explores the intersection of music and place and co-founder of Japan Sound Portrait.
